Personal Evaluations

As part of the process of assessing the efficacy of ISP Training™, participants are asked to evaluate their progress in the program in comparison with how they perceived their situation before entering the program. They are asked to assign a percentage value to seven "before and now" questions. The numerical values are then compiled and represented in bar graphs to depict their overall personal progress. The questions include:

1. How has your overall psychological outlook changed since entering the program?

2. How would you rate your overall day to day functionality now compared with before entering the program?

3. How has your overall sense of independence changed since entering the program?

4. How would you rate your overall mobility now compared with before entering the program?

5. How has your confidence in being able to meet your daily needs changed since entering the program?

6. What is your level of self reliance now compared with before entering the program?

7. How would you rate your sense of "hope for the future" now compared with before entering the program?
