The American Center for the Advancement
of the Blind, Inc.™ is a federally exempt, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization
that was founded to educate and train people with vision loss on how to overcome
the challenges and perceived limitations that result from blindness.
We were incorporated in Connecticut on April 3, 2001 and currently offer our program to people who are blind and visually impaired in Hartford, Connecticut and its vicinity.
